Marshall’s is looking for experienced and motivated team members to join our winter operations crew. We specialize in maintaining and beautifying commercial and residential properties year-round — and as winter approaches, we’re looking for individuals with proven loader experience to help keep our sites safe, clear, and well-maintained through the snowy season.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate loaders, tractors, and other snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, roadways, and walkways.
Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure client properties are maintained to Marshall’s standards.
Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and snow events (day, night, and weekend shifts as needed).
Maintain and inspect equipment daily to ensure safe operation.
Provide professional, courteous service to clients and the public at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Loader experience is mandatory. Candidates without loader operation experience will not be considered.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours during winter events.
Valid G2 or G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate small power tools (snow blowers, salt spreaders, etc.) safely and effectively.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude — teamwork and dependability are key.
